I saw Happy Feet today and completely disliked it. I didn't HATE it, but I definetly disliked it. I didn't like the music, the dancing didn't really use any real steps, it was a movie with a moral, telling you not to take to much fish and all that. By the middle of the movie, I wanted it to end, which is definetly not a good sign. And the religional things about the 'Great 'Guin' were STU-pid. Anyways, it just wasn't as happy as I wanted it to be. I was expecting a tottally different kind of movie, just with penguins dancing all the time, and not this moral kind of story. Anyways, it was a fine movie, and I can see why penguin lovers would like it. Right now I'm reading this excellent book called, 'An Old-Fashioned girl' by L.M Alcott. I love this story and it helps me to be a better person. This is the kind of story where my eyes are always glued to the page, and when I'm not reading it, I'm thinking about it. I love it dearly, but I would not suggest it to those who don't like the preaching kind of stories. I gotta Go, Lucie

3 little notes:
While I also was dissapointed by Happy Feet, I managed to use it in conversation at CrossRoads, so watching it did prove at least 1 use.
I hated that movie. I am so glad we didn't see it in in the movie theater.
